Hogmanay. Paul and Luxmi came up to Edinburgh for Hogmanay one year and it was a really enjoyable fews days hanging out. Fond memories from then were on the morning of the 31st Paul wondering if it would be ok to go for a climb or was is bad form to leave your wife on what was their holiday. Paul discussed the pros and cons of this and what he thought Luxmi would say for what seemed like quite sometime (in reality probably as long as it takes to drink a coffee) for Luxmi to shout from the living room 'just go!' Paul then questioning if she had heard his debate, yes Paul, it's not a large flat. Later that night and as we approached midnight and the world famous fireworks display, a firework display that thousands of people come to see we were so engrossed in a silly game did not only we miss the fireworks, we also realised that everyone in the pub, including the bar staff had left to watch them leaving the four of us to continue the game.
